We
live in an extremely fast-moving world with hectic work schedules and
lifestyles. This can spark off a variety of diseases in the human body that are
brought on by stress. Increase in stress and anxiety have been found to be
directly related to a number of different diseases that are both physical as
well as psychological. These include hypertension, high blood pressure, weight
gain, mental disorders, Alzheimer’s, depression, asthma, and even
gastrointestinal problems. Regular medical check-ups make sure that it is
easier to diagnose and detect these problems before they turn too severe.

check-ups can make sure that you get the advice and support you need from your
doctor to help stave off the ills of a high-stress lifestyle.

Most
people know the symptoms of common diseases such as cold or a fever since these
usually have physical symptoms. While this may suffice for smaller diseases,
you may be suffering from something worse which can get worse without going for

the exact tests can differ depending on your age and lifestyle). These blood

their doctor built on mutual trust. This way, it will not be difficult for them
to have open and honest conversations about their medical history or

By visiting a general physician on a regular basis, you will be encouraged to maintain healthy practices. Such practices include a good diet, regular exercise, and stress management. This is because seeing improvement in your medical test results over a period of time is a great motivation. Without regular health appointments, and given the bustling lifestyle of Dubai residents, there is less motivation to maintain your general health, so healthy habits that maintain your cholesterol, BMI, and stress levels will be neglected.
