Electricity Use in Schools
Access
to electricity in education facilities increases the time students spend at
school and improves children’s and teachers’ experience.
Schools need electricity to use computers for
administrative purposes and also for other electrical appliances such as
printers, TV, radio, radio cassette, and microscopes.
Even the rural schools can use artificial light to provide classes during cloudy days or at night and for staff/student quarters.
